General Business

Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

I work in finance, the major issues I am encountering is taxes with Multi branches and not having the tax report, account details and TB matching

Pros

  • incoming documents upload
  • reporting
  • inquiries are simple and easy to read

Cons

  • Giving us confidence that the numbers we see are accurate (accuaracy)
  • reports and numbers being pulled all match up
  • AP bills routing, approvals tracking and auditing
  • More automation has been beneficial time saver
Oil and Gas Industry although there have been limitations, once the organizations process are corrected and flowing this system will be great
Cloud friendly, and works well with other systems which our legacy system did not

The simplicity of reports and inquires
Bank reconciiations and links to review source documents
When reviewing transactions the simplify of links is a huge time saver
