Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

Acumatica helped us consolidate our processes to one platform and gives us easy access to our data at different points in each process.

Pros

  • Links to follow a transaction through the entire process (PO to AP bill)
  • Large selection of reports that can be customized

Cons

  • Keyboard shortcuts, requires a lot of mouse clicks
  • Better sizing options so tables at the bottom of the page are still clear to page through
  • It has been a great update to our system and we are not relying on maintaining data in multiple systems.
I haven't used these yet but am excited to try anomaly detection and reporting.
We have more visibility throughout the company and an respond to customers more easily.
I use Acumatica for primarily AP/AR and financial management.

Acumatica has helped us simplify our processes and not rely on spreadsheets for accounting processes. It is easy to create custom reports and create dashboards from there.
