I have not used Acumatica's AI functions yet
Acumatica has provided better visibility and approval mapping for internal purchases.
We're a grants based organization, so Acumatica has been great at recording and managing AR and AP payments.
Acumatica has much better UI and functionality than our previous software, Great Plains

Workforce Go!
It's good at attaching and storing files to documents (purchase orders, AP Invoices). It could be better at simplifying its UI when a company has all of its employees as users. For an infrequent user, Acumatica is not intuitive, and users often get lost in all its modules, when a simplified UI could work better.
