Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We use for accounting and inventory. The accounting side has helped us having all information in one spot and standardized a cross company’s. We hold customer inventory as consignment and at a 3pl along with selling goods and contracts

Providing with timely invoices
It struggles in our industry with may workarounds and customizations. We need to tie products to customers, apply invoices to POs without receiving them, consigned inventory
The go live time is better in Acumatica. The developer learning path is better in Acumatica. The Acumatica community is so strong

Centralized process is a big plus. Strong in accounting. Customer and vendor management made easy. The GDPR tools are a nice addition. Having items tied to customer is not a strong area along with account being ridged. Example adding a customer PO number after invoice is released
