Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We use the CRM, and all of the accounting functions. We are trying to reduce manual processes in the finance department and provide the c-suite with dashboards to display the latest and greatest summary of the data. We use the time card function to staff and track the hours our employees spend on professional tasks. We use Velixo to pull data and generate custom reports for project managers.

  • I would love to see subtasks that can project revenue
  • I would like a program relationship above the project level
  • I am confident that our controller gets his work done using it
  • Now that the CRM is configured for our sales team, they are tracking their pipeline more effectively

We struggle after 4 years to get our implementation partner to help us really set up the platform to mirror our business. We do not feel that they go out of their way to help up use the platform in ways that maximize efficiency. We have to create multiple work arounds to get the platform to serve the finance department effectively.
