Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

Acumatica is the glue to our entire system where nearly everything flows through. We are a company of companies and are all in different industries. Because Acumatica is so flexible, it is able to accommodate all of our companies at once, which is huge. If it had been a situation where we needed to be too specific to each company, we might have had to have a totally separate instance of Acumatica for each. Because of that, merging with other companies when needed is not a concern, merely a challenge.

  • Flexibility in user roles and views
  • Constantly adding features to make businesses run more smoothly

  • Training and Ease of Customer Customization
  • Challenges that we have encountered within Acumatica have resulted in us using outside companies to accomplish it.

It is the best of them but I still feel like ours is incomplete.

We are struggling on the project management side of things with regard to our technicians. We need better ways to push project data to the field.
