Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
We use Acumatica as a full system ERP, accounting, CRM, service, and project management. It consolidated many different systems that didn’t talk to each other. Which reduced double entry and streamlined our organization.
Pros
- Dashboards- visibility of data and metrics
- Invoice recognition has been a big time saver for us.
- Robust reporting and easy to use inquiries
Cons
- Billing for construction. The proforma process is clunky and hard to fix issues
- We are still new to Acumatica so this is hard for me to answer fully as I am still getting used to the change.
- Bank recon process with matching has not been easy to learn, there are transactions that didn’t show up in the matching.
- We have had a lot of issues with sub accounts. The cost and Billings should be driven by the sub account on the project but it isn’t happening that way
- Too early to tell

Too early. We just went live in the last 2 months. I imagine with streamlined systems we will have more data at our finger tips to better serve our customers
We are a specialty trade contractor. It checked the most boxes when evaluating ERP’s.
Acumatica checked the most boxes with having an all in solution with minimal add on products which was important to us. One source of truth.
