Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

Currently we have siloed data which requires lots of communication between depts. This causes inefficiencies that we can already see will be solved with Acumatica. Not to mention automation with business events and AI.

Pros

  • Visibility of data
  • Flexibility with process changes
  • Custom screens, fields, and approval processes

Cons

  • Improving management around template items and item classes
  • Better B2B connector with BigCommerce
  • Positive impact with streamlining business processes
Super excited to utilize AI to help summarize cases and hopefully start sending emails to vendors to get lead times and inventory. Also looking forward to create custom AI functions with the studio.

Get customers answers and products quicker, plus ensure we have stock of what's needed.
Acumatica blows Sage 100 away. Every single aspect is an improvement. Sage is awful.
