Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
Acumatica is our backbone of our company, replacing our old ERP. I am in Operations so I use it for a little bit of everything from analytics to inventory management and sales.
Pros
- Reporting - I can get most anything I need, with a little extra work sometimes, but it's always there.
Cons
- I think that most pages do most things well, but often are missing just one piece of info that'd make it a complete game-changer. Sales Profitability reports, by default didn't have cost or margin, without that it's hard to leverage. thankfully I was able to easily add those fields in.
- I gained much more visibility into our company data in a way that provides meaningful insights
I haven't yet been able to utilize Acumatica's AI functions, we're in the process of transitioning to 2025R1
It's helped provide very clear visibility into our Purchasing processes and therefore significantly change our ability to manage customer expectations
In the mobile device repair business, we have tens of thousands of part numbers, Acumatica has made managing such an amount of inventory simple.
