Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We use Acumatica for all of our financials, sales orders, engineering, and bills of material, production orders, reporting, supply chain and inventory management – essentially our entire cash to order to production flow for our manufacturing organization. We also use it as a flexible, backend for numerous custom projects that integrate with it to provide a single source of truth in multiple contexts and interfaces

  • Customizability means we can put data in all the places and in front of all the audiences who need it, and it’s always correct and up to date
  • The stability of the system directly translates to a big reduction in downtime related losses
Acumatica helps us report accurate data to both our authorized dealer network, as well as directly to our retail customers via support cases

Acumatica is well positioned to be a starting point for customization for a business with good data and process management and a supportive, VAR to build out a custom solution, perfectly suited to the businesses needs without excessive overhead.

It will be a not as ideal fit for a business using a legacy ERP with advanced features that are folded into essential business practices, where a close but not exact substitute may not cut it
