Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We use Acumatica as our ERP for our oilfield service and construction company. The system allows us to assess project and company financial health

Pros

  • Labor costs
  • Back office accounting

Cons

  • Allowing GL account reconciliation
  • Better equipment time tracking
  • Staff is better able to manage exceptions rather than touch every document
  • Project management can review real time results
Only with accounts payable for now, but looking at ways to expand AI usage
Processing more with the same or fewer number of people
We can find and report on requests in a much shorter time period
Project management has become a real time activity instead of just an after the fact activity. This allows us a better ability to change in the moment

I love that I can reconcile the bank accounts daily. Real time project health tracking. The time and expense module was a game changer. I wish the report writing tools was more user friendly
