Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
We are using Acumatica as a full ERP including service management, pipeline management (CRM), inventory management, compliance and project management and through to all financial functions. We are also using Acumatica for all our analytics and BI. Acumatica provides one source of truth.
Pros
- Visibility- able to see most data in one location with ease
- Connect/centralize - from sales through to live jobs through to close out. One moment of truth!
- Accessible - cloud and mobile use is possible meaning - accessible anytime, anywhere
- Easy Navigation - able to move from various data sets and see the information we need.
Cons
- Service - some functionality updates are needed. the releases coming in 2026 and 2027 should resolve these.
- Construction and AIA invoices - could be simplified, need ability to edit.
- AI- I know it’s on the way with 2026 R1, but utilizing the data to its fullest is going to be really exciting 😉
- It has saved us time and $ without 5x entry points
- One source of the truth = trust of our data
- Greater real time visibility
No, we are yet to use AI in its fullest, we are excited to see some of this in action in the upcoming releases. We do use the invoice recognition and this has streamlined and save a lot of processing time.
More streamlined visibility of their history and in one centralized location.
We are a roofing company in the construction industry. One of Acumatica’s core pillars is construction we utilize serve, project management and construction modules that are build for the industry.
We did a full company review on all products in use, identified our needs, and decided to run with Acumatica - it ticked more boxes and its focus on the construction and regular investment in refinement and investment to continually develop its product is a key asset.
