Overall Satisfaction with Adaptive Suite
We currently use Adaptive Suite for organizational budgeting/forecasting, as well as for life of grant reporting. The software is used across the whole organization (approximately 40 users). All users have direct access to Adaptive Suites to run monthly reports, as well as for use when they are entering budget data into the system.
- The software is fairly intuitive for non-finance colleagues to use.
- Adaptive Suite continues to make ongoing improvements to the software, mainly based on input from its customers.
- The help desk is VERY responsive and great at following up to ensure that your issue was resolved.
- Zero suppression of columns.
- More powerful report writing function.
- Monthly reporting cycle for Management Reports is very short
Through the use of Adaptive Suite, the main improvement has been a faster reporting cycle. Once the month-end is closed reports are made available to budget holders typically within the same day, There has been some improvement in data quality as the account code combination feature in Adaptive Suite helps quickly highlight incorrect combinations of codes.
Adaptive Suite has had a significant impact on my role. By using the software we were able to improve and standardize month-end reporting which has allowed me more time to spend on improving the quantity and quality of the organization's financial analysis and reporting.
