Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat
We use Adobe Acrobat to support our business operations daily - converting, editing, saving PDF´s, as well as creating PDF documents that can be sent for signature to staff and clients, such as timesheets and contracts.
- PDF editing and converting to and from Word documents
- Combining or organising pages
- Digital signatures
- Sometimes predictive text with previous email addresses doesn't work
- When combining or organising pages, sometimes it's hard to see the content on each page without having to open it up
- Sending documents for signature remotely is a huge benefit!
- Adobe Scan and being able to import photos from your phone
- Converting documents to and from PDF with ease
- Integration with Other Systems
- Ease of Use
It is the number one choice of this type of software and recognised everywhere globally, so there's no issues in using it in our business that also operates with clients and suppliers internationally.
- Positive impact in saving time meeting with new employees each season to sign employment contracts (20 hours savings minimum at the beginning of each year!!)
- Improved record keeping of staff timesheets, with staff now able to sign remotely (huge benefit from a compliance perspective)
I haven't felt any impact directly, but this is important for us especially when sending sensitive and confidential documents.
