Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

We use Adobe Acrobat for most all of our business functions that require signing or modifying pdfs. We frequently need to sign documents and modify pdf's, and Adobe Acrobat provides the software solution to make that efficient. We are also able pull information easily from PDFs into Word to better edit things.

Pros

  • Created form templates for paying bills that allows entry and approvals
  • Easily edit forms required for proposals we submit
  • Quickly pull information from pdf's into Word for editing

Cons

  • We find Adobe Acrobat to be a useful solution for our business. The only room for improvement is the cost for a small business.

  • Ability to copy and past from pdf to Word
  • Ability to sign documents
  • This has provided increased operation efficiency.
  • Cost is a bit high for a small business, so we only have one user that has a license, so he has to do the work of others.

We find Adobe Acrobat to be well suited for creating forms and allowing modification and signatures. We also frequently use it to capture data from pdf's and pull over into Word for easy editing. We often utilize the same forms for different proposals, and Adobe Acrobat allows us to quickly edit and tailor those forms for use in our proposals, saving a ton of time.
