Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

Opening, creating and editing pdfs for distribution to staff. As we use a mix of windowsOS and Apple hardware for a variety of screen sizes from iphones to desktops so we need the ability to create and send documents with cross platform compatibility and Adobe Acrobat gives us that with with PDF format and the ability to sign documents
  • cross platform readbility
  • creating and editing pdfs
  • signing documents
  • sometimes rearranging aspects of a document can be a little awkward
  • signing and requesting signatures documents
  • exporting as other file types
  • ability to comment and work collaboratively
  • Integration with Other Systems
  • Ease of Use
Adobe Acrobat is every well established in the industry with lots of support available for end users. There are a lot of different ways to set up and format documents in Adobe Acrobat so they can be used as forms, posters etc. so it's a great catch- all for generating clean documents that are easy to navigate
  • Easy to read one-pagers for 15k staff
  • Signable documents
  • The ability to work collaboratively
The document signing aspect of Adobe Acrobat is very secure and allows us to collect digital signatures for legal documents without having to be face to face. This is very useful as we are a hybrid workplace now and it allows us to speed up the process of document signing
We decided to go for Adobe Acrobat in the end as it is the most well-established product with the most support. Most of our staff already had experience with Adobe Acrobat in some form or another to it allowed us to integrate the product easily into the business with minimal training given.

Do you think Adobe Acrobat delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Adobe Acrobat's feature set?

Yes

Did Adobe Acrobat live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Adobe Acrobat go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Adobe Acrobat again?

Yes

It is very well suited for creating smart one-pagers for distribution within the business to give people the key points for the week. Great for making posters and displays too

However it can be a little difficult to edit without a desktop PC and for making longer form text documents
