Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat
Adobe Acrobat is a standard desktop tool in our organization. I work for a company that is global and our international partners all use Adobe Acrobat because it is a reliable and consistent document application. Adobe Acrobat solves our problems with keeping documents authentic and original for our authors. We use Adobe as our source of record for all types of documents - Program management documents that range from proposals, statements of work, estimates, legal documents, and technical documents. These all need to be distributed globally. Many of these documents require digital signatures which is a key feature of Adobe Acrobat.
- Reliable and consistent document creation
- Clean, crisp, professional documents that are easily stored and distributed
- Document size and images are compact and not problematic for storage
- Versatile for all document types - Presentations, papers, images, technical and legal are some use cases
- The digital signature feature can be quirky at times depending on the type of document. An easy tutorial may help.
- Make Adobe more collaborative for multiple editors and authors
- Provide more video tutorials about the features of Adobe for the user community
- Lockdown of editing documents
- Easy creation and distribution globally
- The fact that it is recognized that when an Adobe Acrobat .PDF document is created, it is meant to be a final well-crafted document by our organization.

All of our document types can be converted to Adobe and we do that daily by converting MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and other systems with print features allow us to create efficient scalable documents. Adobe is recognized around the world and I can easily email large documents which are small in digital size overseas.

Adobe Acrobat allows our company to remain complaint in our export and trade compliance space. We use Adobe Acrobat in all aspects of working with the US Government to properly export our products globally. Adherence to the International Traffic in Arms Regulation is crucial for our business and Adobe Acrobat is an enabler for that adherence.
