Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat
The feature I use most in Adobe Acrobat is 'organize pages, ' which allows me to move the documents around and add/remove them as well. I work with a lot of real estate agents, and one of the items I need to provide their office is the final communication. So, I would need to print all the emails related to that transaction and put them into one PDF file. So, organizing files is one feature I absolutely love. Secondly, I like that I have the ability to edit and add text.
- Organize Files.
- Editing Text.
- Obtaining signature.
- The signature could be a little larger. Perhaps there is a way to edit, but somehow I am unable to find it.
- Other than that, all the items I am needing to use is available.
- Organize Files.
- Editing Features - adding text, crossing items, etc.
- Exporting documents which is one I forgot to mention earlier. It's nice to have.
- Ease of Use
This was easy for me to navigate through and use. I search for platforms that I can easily navigate on day one without having to do deep research. I am not a tech person. I do sales, admin, and marketing and am always on the go. Adobe Acrobat was very easy for me to learn and understand.
- Increased operational efficiencies. Clients are able to submit various documents, and I can put them into one and organize it better.
If a document has been signed, it locks for protection. If someone were to print to PDF and make changes, you would be able to see that it's been altered. It's easily shown, which is nice.
