Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

Acrobat is the go-to PDF viewer and editor for business applications, from marking up floor plans for new builds to providing comments on proposals to merging documents. Adobe Acrobat does it all and more.
  • Markup (comments, stamps, shapes).
  • Signature collection.
  • Forms
  • Subscription costs can be high.
  • Regularly changing UI between major versions can be troublesome.
  • Some toolbars should be easier to access and remain in gui permanently.
  • Comment & Markup.
  • Page manipulation.
  • Form creation.
  • Integration with Other Systems
  • Ease of Use
Standard format for sending documents in business environments, ensuring receivers don’t have issues viewing or signing from their end. Too many companies either don’t use Microsoft or have restrictions impacting file formats. PDF is the industry standard and has proven to be here for years to come.
  • Reduced headache of replies stating they can’t open the file.
  • Limiting the ability to modify documents.
  • Collection of standard forms and inputs.
Not applicable. We don’t use Adobe’s security or compliance standards within our org.
Being the industry standard, Adobe Acrobat exceeds other platforms as the common file format all parties can read and comment even with only the free reader version.
