Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

Edit and add text to PDFs. Previously used it for signatures

Pros

  • Customization with standard PDFs
  • Quick adjustments and edits on the fly to text
  • Easy to password protect

Cons

  • Overcomplication to get to some features
  • screens can get very busy
  • others cannot edit if you send it to them and they don't have subscription
  • Increase productivity for my own documents
  • decrease productivity if sending to a client and need the to fill anything in
  • Integration with Other Systems
  • Ease of Use
That is one of the best features since we deal with so much private information. Most vendors allow the use of electronic signatures from Adobe Acrobat as well
PandaDoc is less customizable for creating/editing documents, less security but is much better when sending to a client and needing them to add text since the client would a paid subscription with Adobe Acrobat if I sent it that way
