Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat
We use Adobe Acrobat a lot to create job aids for various systems and processes. We also use it to convert training materials into documents that can easily be shared and viewed on SharePoint or other sites.
Pros
- Easy to edit documents
- Easy to make comments when reviewing
- Love the ability to combine documents into 1 pdf
- Simple and easy to make a document into a fillable form

- can't really think of anything. I like the product as is.

Ease of use has been most important to us. It's easy to teach other how to use and they can quickly get up to speed.
I know our IT department appreciates any tools we use that have good security measures in place.
