Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

We use Adobe Acrobat to create proposals and forms required by policy. It is an easy and efficient way to obtain multiple signatures and make changes when needed. The admin portal is easy to navigate and makes assigning new or reassigning old licenses very easy.

Pros

  • Converting other formats to PDF
  • Adjusting forms to accept digital signatures
  • Combining multiple files into one

Cons

  • The format of a pdf sometimes gets very strange when trying to edit.
  • Expand the fonts available especially for converting documents to pdf
  • The editing feature is not as user friendly as it should be sometimes.
  • Creating forms with fillable areas and secured areas has helped our compliance rating.
  • Reducing the number of programs needed to create documents has freed up funds for more impactful projects.

Being able to store forms, documents and contracts in the cloud has decreased the need for storage solutions that seemed to quickly increase in size.
Being able to secure a document or contract with a password has been a great stress reliever, especially when dealing with government run programs.
