Adobe Acrobat great for the workforce
Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat
Acrobat is used for many different purposes within my daily work, from organizing pdf files, creating fillable forms, sending forms out for signatures and combining multiple files and forms to be usable amongst the work day.
Pros
- Organize files
- Ease of editing pdf files
- E-Signatures
- Ease of combining files
Cons
- Formatting to a word document not always 100%
- Lack of ability for tables when creating a pdf
- increased work functionality with ability of separating files and creating new files. Saves from printing and re-scanning the files.
- allows end users to sign a form and click a button to email directly back.
- Integration with Other Systems
- Ease of Use
Ability to work with microsoft word allows the program to be more functional, along with dependency of editing pdfs with no 3rd party software. The ability to separate pages and combine pages to create a new file has been work efficient and time saving.
Ability to trust e-signatures to be secured, creating secure and safe documents have allowed less chance of manipulation of documents.
have not tried any major competitor against Acrobat, but have used Microsoft Word to edit and create documents in PDF file format. does not have all the same options and features as Acrobat.
