Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

I am a small business owner and use Adobe Acrobat to create, edit, and sign PDFs. Adobe Acrobat solves sending and signing fillable, digital documents securely. I also need to edit and convert documents relatively often. I am the only administrator using this software for my business. My needs for Adobe Acrobat are relatively simple.

I needed a comprehensive software to create and edit documents that my clients would be able to view and interact with. It also needed to be one that my clients would likely be somewhat familiar with.
This has been very important to keeping my clients information secure when sending and receiving documents.

Adobe Acrobat is well suited to create documents to sign if someone does not have access to this function with another software service (ex: electronic health record software). Regarding my area of work if someone has access to free or included document creation and secure signing then Adobe Acrobat might be redundant.
