Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

In my organization, we use Adobe Acrobat to redact sensitive information, which I believe is a very helpful tool. We have tried other "free" PDF editors, and Adobe Acrobat is the most user-friendly and easy to use.

Cons

  • None that I can think of.
  • The positive impact of Adobe Acrobat is that it enables companies to get things done quickly and minimize downtime.

The ease of use, where the layout of everything is easy to find, and the tools available are just right.
Have not experienced any security or data breaches in order to describe any impact it had on my organization. My guess is that Adobe is doing everything right on a daily basis in order to minimize any data breaches.

Adobe Acrobat is well-suited for any user who deals with PDFs on a daily basis. If you're a user who rarely deals with PDFs, then it is not for you.
