Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

We use Acrobat to do multiple things with PDF files, extract data into spreadsheets, convert to word processing, redact information that should not be seen by some, and create brand new PDF files for sharing and have fields for people to fill out the forms we need. The software is primarily used in our healthcare field and has sensitive data that we must keep secure. We also need a solution that is recognized and easy to use. There are also times where a packet of pages must be split or merged, and sometimes certain pages extracted to make a new PDF file.

Software that was recognized by a large amount of individuals as something they could learn or already knew how to use. The ability to give this software where we already were using a free version, reduced the need to retrain and develop learning opportunities.
They have provided the tools necessary to secure documents. In our case, we don't use their cloud services for storage, but the tools they provide allow us to meet the security standards for our own organization and in sharing our information with other organizations.
We found the familiarity with using the free version of acrobat to be more efficient for our staff to move to a pro version as needed. The software could run smoother under heavy amounts of information or computer load, but the software tools we need were all provided in the professional version in the end. It was quicker and easier, though more expensive to choose the Adobe Acrobat software.

Acrobat as well suited to assist us with building professional, looking forms that people can easily fill out. Also, it is helpful to have the software for taking packets of information in one file and taking information out and creating a second file for use in various areas of the organization. The annotation tools also assist with some areas of our organization for reviewing and offering helpful feedback.
