Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat
Our Orginization uses the application for PDF viewing, editing, and document signing. The product has a great protal for the IT team to use. Most of the time, our users will be using the Appilcation to sign Document and View PDF's. However our power users will edit Documents and create great looking PDF's for internal use.
Pros
- PDF Veiwing and editing
- Signing Document
- Storing PDF's on cloud allowing Users to access critical documents anywhere
Cons
- I would like less notification once I boot up the program.
- It really should not be taking up so much of a computers memory usage.
- Being able to sign important documents anywhere has been a great ROI.

- Ease of Use
The ability to add user has been great for the growth of our Orginization.
The ability to set two factor authenication on our Adobe systems is very important to our compliance. It is also great that we as an I.T. admin team are able to manage the information stored on the cloud of Users.
I would say that Adobe Acrobat offers a whole suite of of feature that Niro Pro just doesn't have.
