we use it for proofing print items

Cons

  • editing mark up tools is very confusing, like changing the outline or color of a comment box
  • editing the copy in a PDF is clunky
  • makes the requested copy edits clear
  • keeps track of changes easily
  • good for combining files
  • Ease of Use
I can't speak about it from a personal perspective, but I work in healthcare and other departments in our company need to be careful about sharing personal health information. A breach would jeopardize our company's HIPAA compliance.
