Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

Mostly for preparing documents to print. I prefer Preview as it is more streamlined, so I usually just use Acrobat if I can't do what I want in Preview.

Pros

  • Complex page arrangement tasks.
  • Complex print tasks.
  • Document signing.

Cons

  • Toolbars are too cluttered.
  • Layout changes too frequently.
  • Feels clunky/slow.
  • Allows certain print tasks needed for our operations (education).
  • Integration with Other Systems
  • Ease of Use

I am more likely to recommend Preview because I like how it is simpler, faster, and intuitive.
