Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

We use Adobe Acrobat to share design pdfs for proofreading/editing review and to send print-ready designs to vendors.

Pros

  • The comment section is great for collaboration between team members
  • The accessibility check setting is very convenient and saves time
  • It’s able to compile multiple files into one document for easy sharing

Cons

  • The highlight and comment feature are separate and create separate comments
  • I wish there was a free version
  • Compress feature could be helpful in condensing the file size
  • Efficient review processes
  • Ensures effective proofreading
  • Reduces storage space on our server
  • Integration with Other Systems
  • Ease of Use
It works best with the other Adobe suite applications which are the primary software devices used in our section of the company
Some of the projects our marketing department works on relies on privacy and is occasionally involved in nations security. The privacy is Acrobat is extremely important
