Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

As a B2B wholesale product company, we use it daily for our campaign flyers that we create and send to our customers to use to sell product to their customers. We also use it for all of our sales flyers, documents, basically anything where we need a standard document that anyone can open and use.

Pros

  • Allows files to remain editable/vector
  • easy way to digitally capture someone’s signature
  • pro version allows for very small/quick edits by others

Cons

  • Sometimes text changes fonts if you edit in Adobe Acrobat
  • Easier functionality for basic minor edits for people that don’t want to pay for the full pro subscription that use Adobe Acrobat infrequently
  • sped up the efficiency of sharing documents via a link for commenting and feedback
  • Integration with Other Systems
  • Ease of Use
