Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat
Mainly for interactive PDFs, for clients to download, for their organizations for specific or general events they are putting on.
Pros
- Interactive Features
- Cross platform use
Cons
- Editing PDFs, whether changing embedded graphics or fonts
- Giving some of our sales team members an Acrobat pro seat enables us to create templates that they can take upon themselves to update when needed for different clients. This frees up the designers move on to other projects.
- Integration with Other Systems
- Ease of Use
Easy of use, the simplicity of it, so that employees can use it to make simple edits without having to wait for a designer to implement them.
With copyright compliance being very important to us, knowing that we can set different levers of security on documents we send out is huge.
