Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat
We use Adobe Acrobat for our internal and external compliance disclosures. All of our departments including HR, Legal, Communications, etc... We also have lots of informational mailings and touch points with all our professional partners and vendors. Some of the problems we have had was with the coding used within some of the forms we use.

- This is kind of hard to say. I work for a non profit and to be quite honest, I'm not even sure what we would use if not Adobe Acrobat...
- So I guess you could say from an operational perspective, we couldn't do what we do without Adobe Acrobat :)
- Ease of Use
The single most important factor in my decision is based off the fact that we are very busy and dont have ample time to learn complex systems. Ease of Use gives me back time, which is of the essence.
Being able to trust verified documents and e signatures is huge because we are heavily regulated by ERISA.
We use them for different things.
