Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat DC

Adobe Acrobat is currently being used within my organization mainly to modify and insert PDF documents. In addition, we utilize Adobe Acrobat to view PDF documents and use the Outlook add in to quickly save emails as PDF files. Adobe Acrobat is allowing us to digitize our physical paperwork in order to reduce waste and clutter.
  • Quickly view digitized paperwork
  • Organize documents in any order
  • Edit documents quickly
  • Monthly fees to use Adobe Acrobat - we would rather use a free alternative
  • Issues with users remaining signed in
  • PDFs are corrupted easily
  • Less clutter
  • Easily shared documentation
  • Professional looking electronic paperwork
The majority of our “power users” - users that work heavily with PDF documents - were much more comfortable using Adobe Acrobat over Foxit and Nitro, so in the end we decided to go with Adobe Acrobat to make our users happy and ease the learning curve versus the other competing products.
Whenever I ran into an issue, I was able to find professional support for Adobe Acrobat in their online forums, where I was able to communicate with their staff as well as their end user community to quickly resolve any issues. I was able to easily find their support contact information but I never needed to reach out to them.

Do you think Adobe Acrobat delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Adobe Acrobat's feature set?

Yes

Did Adobe Acrobat live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Adobe Acrobat go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Adobe Acrobat again?

Yes

These days, almost every organization out there needs to be using Adobe Acrobat to bring their physical paperwork into the digital age. The only drawback to Adobe Acrobat is the monthly licensing fee, so I would say that Adobe Acrobat might not be well suited for smaller companies, as they could easily use the free Adobe Reader instead.
