Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat DC
Adobe's Acrobat DC has earned its reputation as the most productive PDF solution and continues to offer some productivity advantages over its competition. For us, the biggest benefit was with its capable mobile application and online services, we're now pretty much within touching distance of almost all the PDF tools you'll need, regardless of whether or not you've got, your work device to hand which ultimately saves time more times than not.
Pros
- Mobile application
- Online Services
- Create protected PDFs
Cons
- Working with other providers \ services
- Price at scaling
- MS Office integration
- Mobile application
- Protecting PDFs
- Easily edit PDFs
- PDF editing efficiencies drastically improved
- Document workflows simplified
- Documents now much more secure
The ability to create protected PDFs is one of Adobe's Acrobat DC strong points and something it does very well. With the full Adobe Acrobat DC installed, you're able to create protected PDFs with no quality loss straight from Acrobat or the Microsoft Office applications themselves. It's incredibly easy to manage these protections and recent improvements have very much helped make the ability to delete sensitive information within documents easy and permanent.
Adobe's Acrobat DC has rightly earned its reputation as being the best in its breed. Other products evaluated may do one or two particular features better than Adobe's Acrobat DC but arguable nothing truly compares to the overall package that Adobe is able to offer, nor scales as easy as Acrobat DC is able to across a multi-device environment.
