Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat DC

I use it mainly to read PDF files. There are many versions of software out there to send files, read them, edit them, and so on. What Adobe does is give our company a way to make the file easier to use that way everyone is looking at the same format and nothing is missed. You can even create a PDF as well.
  • Formatting a file to a PDF to make accessibility and reading easier.
  • You can create a file and make it a PDF
  • If you have multiple users then everyone can view the file in the same format so nothing is missed.
  • I have been a user for around 1 year and so far the only issue I have had is from time to time you can not turn a received file into a PDF.
  • The preview Function is great! You can preview the file to see if it is something you want to actually download or print.
  • The ease with which a file that has been received can be turned into a PDF that you can then edit.
  • This software is very user-friendly. For the most part, you do not need to be an expert to use it.
  • Saving time! I can not tell you how much I love the ease of using this software!
  • The whole team can view the exact same thing in real time.
As I have stated before this software is by far the easiest PDF creator/reader I have used. If you have people in your company who hate using the software as it is confusing they will love this. This software has very easy-to-follow video training. We have a fellow at our company that is 65 years old and learning computers for the first time and he has in a very short time become an expert on using PDFs
Security is important and thus far all of the PDFs we have used/created have been easy to secure.
Adobe is a bit more expensive than these others but for me and my company, the ease of use is why Adobe is the best.

The best use of this software (in my opinion) is turning received files into PDFs to format them the way you want them. Unfortunately, sometimes you receive a file that just is not compatible with Adobe. When that happens you need to find another way to format that file and then get it turned into a PDF which can be a time-consuming task.
