Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat
With remote work the norm, we need a solution that is user-friendly and widely available for our team and also the entire org. Acrobat allows us to address the need to share and create documents, obtain approvals and signatures, and consolidate our documents in a centralized cloud location that works for all users.
Pros
- Markup of document edits
- Approvals and signatures
- Create and edit pdfs with interactive components
Cons
- Sometimes can hang up while making edits
- Pricing can be a barrier
- Have to make sure you are selecting the correct location to save if you use both local and cloud locations
- Allows multiple people to review
- Centralized storage
- Perfect for remote teams
- Clarity on proofing and approvals
- Less overhead for physical storage
- Helps to streamline our workflow
For my part, we don’t deal with sensitive info so this isn’t a huge concern for us but other org units do leverage the security in dealing with their necessary documents.
