Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat DC
We rely on it more since a large IT crash took out some programs that used to track signatures and time stamps. We updated our 2022 stamp process to include this version of adobe which not everyone has access to. We use this for annual deal sheets for employees who have a base and bonus portion to their pay structure.
Pros
- Layout is updated and reasonable
- Tools for this version of adobe pro DC are very helpful and are used often
- Loads quick and does not freeze
Cons
- License cost is high, we cannot have as many employees have this version as we would like.
- Fictions only work best when customized, they should be more defaulted like outlook or excel.
- Too many versions of Adobe, had to do many updates for each person who needed to stamp their signature time/date
- User friendly, not everyone is good with apps that are important.
- Updates less frequent, like a few times a year. Not monthly.
- For bulk lisc buying, get a better deal so those who need it should have this version.
- Positive, this app is not complicated
- Negative - if you don’t have this version you have to do a ton of updates to do the bare minimum.
- Positive - most people know how to use it, longtime tool
We have not used much of the security aspect of this application. We only use a password protected sheet so random people Cannot see the details of the files which are individually updated.
This worked much better then what I have used in the past. We used Adobe Acrobat DC because this is what was chooser for our large company size. They manage bigger companies better, according to our executives at HQ.
