Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat DC

I complete forms for physician practices. I could not do my job without Adobe Acrobat DC. It is a tremendous time-saver in that I do not have to print, sign, correct, scan and rescan. I do everything on the application. I especially love being able to get signatures without printing, or mailing.

  • I can do at least 3 x more work than I did prior to using Adobe Acrobat DC.
  • Not having to print pages and scan them is a huge timesaver.

I find that when I have too many documents open in Adobe, sometimes it hangs up on me and I lose what I typed. I have to remember to save many times during the day so that I don't lose something. I don't know enough about computers as to why this happens. The rationale behind this particular rating is just that I do not know what happens....it just "hangs up" and I have to get out of what I was doing and sometimes start over. This doesn't seem to be a problem if I remember to save it multiple times when I am working on a document.
I have not had any security issues. I am a one person business.

I would highly recommend this to anyone who works with paper all day. A lifesaver!! Previously, it has been such a cumbersome task to complete forms all day, which then required that I print them and mail them, or email them to a provider who has to print and complete them and/or sign and scan back to me. I have not found anyone who will not accept this.
