Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat DC
Marketing uses Adobe Acrobat Reader DC to edit automatically generated PDFs quickly. Previously, we wouldn't be able to use the automatically generated PDFs and would have to create a word document template, edit the document and then save it as a PDF. Now we can save a few steps by using this tool.

- Adding some design functionality, so it is a little easier to "pretty up" before sending a document for signatures.
- Would be nice to collaborate with others like you can in Word.

- We print less as most files can be shared digitally.
- The program can be a bit expensive depending on the number of people you have using it.
The security and compliance areas of this program are something that we as an organization are just starting to work with. Once I have had a little more time with that, I will be able to comment.
