Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat DC
I use Adobe Acrobat DC to export a variety of documents for business purposes ( estimates & invoices, simple presentations, treatments, spreadsheets, etc. ) as well as reviewing and signing documents I receive (contracts, NDA's, authorizations, etc.). I use this in 100% Mac environments so it also helps in exporting documents so they will be readable on all platforms.
- Cross platform compatibility
- Ability to edit
- Ability to sign
- I would not mind seeing a more fully developed signing workflow much like DocuSign
- Cross Platform
- Editing
- Signing
- Easy assembly of multi page presentations
- Easy build of image pdfs from jpegs
- Adobe Acrobat DC has increased my productivity through a variety of avenues, mostly by consolidating multiple tasks into a single piece of software (which also reduces expenses)
- Having a more fully functional Acrobat, means not having to jerry rig things and process projects though several deferent software applications.
My particular use case does not require much in the way of security concerns so this is not a huge issue for me though the signing feature with locking down the document upon signing is some peace of mind.
Adobe Acrobat DC is more fully self-contained and multi-functional for the tasks I use it for. Again it combines the functionality of several different programs in one place and also offers the ability to interact with documents from others that may have been created in other programs or on other platforms that I do not possess.
