Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat DC

As a company, we use it to read and create PDF documents. It is a standard and all of our employees that work with PDF documents require Adobe Acrobat DC. I am one of the IT Admins who set up access for those users who require it. And for me, it is simple and easy to add a new user.
  • It is simple to add users
  • When a user departs we are able to remove the user and reuse the license
  • At this time I don't have anything I need to have added as a feature
  • The documents created can not be altered
  • The PDF documents sent to us can be read easily
  • A Positive impact that Adobe makes is, it easy to track licenses so we don't over order
The experience our end users have is great and when they are having issues accessing it is usually not the fault of Adobe.
I haven't experienced any issues with security breaches. I also haven't heard of anyone in our company that has experienced security breaches.
Adobe Acrobat DC is what all our users are very comfortable using. We would need to provide training if we implemented something new.

We have documents created and read by our People Team and our Finance Team and our Legal Teams that we don't want the content to be altered. This is the best software application to make sure that those documents are not tampered with. IT is also the most widely used by others so we don't have to ask the receiving party to have a software that can open something other than an Adobe PDF
