Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat DC

We use Adobe Acrobat DC for sending and signing official inter-organizational documents. With the employees and board members working from home and scattered across the country, it makes sending and signing documents easy. Also, it is easy to store documents on your computer without having to go through a third-party website.
  • Sending Documents to Sign
  • Saving signed documents to your computer
  • Replacing text on a pdf
  • Send and sign
  • combining of two pdf's
  • It allows us to quickly send documents
I give Adobe Acrobat DC a 9/10 because each time I need to learn a new feature or trick. I can easily discover it myself in a short time period or I can quickly read instructions or watch a video. Adobe is very intuitive!
Because we send documents to sign, Adobe's security is extremely important to us. It gives us confidence that our documents are safe!
Adobe stands out because it is a program on your computer, so you can easily upload or save documents rather than using a website that always adds an extra step.

Do you think Adobe Acrobat delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Adobe Acrobat's feature set?

Yes

Did Adobe Acrobat live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Adobe Acrobat go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Adobe Acrobat again?

Yes

Adobe Acrobat DC is well-suited for businesses that need inter-organizational documents signed on a regular basis, such as timesheets, expense reports, etc. It is less appropriate if you need the documents signed by a notary or witness for legal reasons.

Evaluating Adobe Acrobat DC and Competitors

  • Price
  • Product Features
  • Product Usability
As a non-profit, the post important feature was the price. Adobe is very reasonably priced for all that it can do.
I would not change my mind. We would still pick Adobe.
