Adobe Acrobat Reader is being used by almost every single person in the organization to open pdf documents, share the presentations so as formatting doesn't change across different OS or office versions and also to collaborate with multiple people commenting on the same document.
It primarily helps read, share and collaborate on documents making sure that content appears same to everybody irrespective of the software environment and with it's mobile app and document cloud features, documents are also available on the go as well.

- It helps in making the entire pdf form filling and signing process paperless
- Documents can be uploaded to cloud which can then be accessed from any device at any place.
- Enable collaboration across the teams and helps collate comments/reviews from multiple users on shared document.
- When I restart the laptop, a lot of times I lose out on my open documents as 'Reopen pdfs from last session' appears as disabled
- Basic pdf editing capability should be a part of this software
- Functionality to merge multiple documents into one document is a big miss
- Documents can be shared with ease and they don't take a huge memory size as well
- Forms can be filled and signed from with the Acrobat Reader which enables us to make the processes like onboarding more efficient especially in this pandemic scenario
- Document Cloud which enables to upload the documents on the cloud which can be accessed later on from anywhere and any device.
- It has reduced the turn around time for many tasks like document signature which now happens within minutes as one can simply sign digitally.
- Collaboration has improved as it's easy to share the document across the organization and one can easily review the feedback from multiple people in a consolidated manner
- Productivity has increased as one doesn't need to wait to get access to laptop in order to view a document. One can simply open the document on their mobile devices on the go and get the work done.
