Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC
I created a couple of flow charts by using Visio or Lucid. Most of the reviewers don't have the specific software. I convert them into PDF format by Adobe Acrobat which everyone has. I can send them the read-only PDF so they can skip the software installation or purchase additional software just because of reviews. THE PDF format is truly a universal format for documents

Microsoft Word can be shared with Google Docs but they will lose the format of the original. I like the PDF which keeps the same format across different systems.
