Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Campaign

It is being stood up so that we can support our Marketing Business partners by automating e-mail communications. The Marketing Automation team utilizes this tool within the IT area. Plans are to create a best in class marketing campaign automation across multiple channels to support the initiatives of our Marketing partners.

  • Very high learning curve, there can be better documentation and resources to provide training.
  • Needs the ability to create custom objects.
  • Adobe support is slow and unresponsive.
Adobe Campaign is best when there is a Marketing campaign that wants to track a customer journey and drive the next best action. It is not good for "one and done" communications or situations where you just want to send information without a call to action. It can do it, but it's a little pointless.
