Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Captivate Prime
Adobe Captivate Prime (CP) is used across the whole organization in multiple global locations. CP helps us with quickly onboarding new employees, reducing 60% of our previous efforts and time spent by HR and other staff across the locations. Adobe Captivate Prime also helps us to meet our yearly organizational compliance trainings like GDPR/ISO and drive quarterly security trainings across the location to keep our organization safe from cyber threats. It plays a vital role in training our external customers in our specialized technical areas.

- Social Learning needs lots of improvement.
- The Mobile Learning platform needs to be technically stabilized.
- More connectors need to be added like GotoMeeting.
- Captivate Prime has significantly reduced the cost of onboarding employees across the locations.

- Safe from cyberthreats due to our quarterly security training launch in blended mode across the globe.
CSM and the Customer Support team are awesome!!! They tirelessly work and followup with the engineering team and others to quickly come back with a solution when we raise a complicated issue, feature, or bug.
