We use Adobe Captivate Prime across our internal organization.
It is providing an LMS platform for our users across the business. We ensure learners are up to date on their required courses, as well as have an opportunity to engage in other courses.
We primarily use Adobe Captivate Prime for internal employee training, but we are also able to ensure external vendors can complete required training.

- Learning programs - easy to customize for learner groups.
- Content management - clear when the content is dated and who owns it.
- Learner experience.
- Reporting - so clunky, not intuitive.
- Manager dashboard.
- Instances vs. Audiences.
- Challenges with reporting.
We had a customer success representative, but our team did not find this to be a very fruitful relationship. It was most beneficial for our internal team to determine our needs and requests, and then directly ask Adobe for assistance in implementing. Adobe Customer service is quick to respond and assist, which is great!
Quick turnaround time from their customer service via email. We can expect a ticket to be generated and response to be received, ASAP.
