We used Adobe Connect company wide to bridge the communication gaps across our office and home users. Adobe Connect eliminated the physical distance between our offices and made sharing and communicating ideas between team members in different office locations seamless while helping us engage our clients. Adobe Connect was a great way to work on a shared document in real time and proved to be a great collaboration platform.
Pros
- Abode Connect is great for sharing and editing documents in real time and it allows users to interact with the information in real time.
- Adobe Connect makes it easy to work on projects without being in the same office or state as your team members
- Adobe Connect is a great platform for dynamic client presentations
Cons
- We had some connectivity issues with users in more rural areas.
- There was some lag time when sharing applications with increased graphic and media functions
- It would have been great to have a mobile compatible version of this software
- Adobe Connect made is easier for us to share ideas across offices.
- Adobe Connect made it easier for us to engage team members from across the country on projects.
- Adobe Connect was a great collaboration platform but we struggled to use it with robust software programs like AutoCAD
