Overall Satisfaction
I was working as an Instructional Assistant in University of Houston. I used Adobe Connect for facilitating virtual classroom discussions. It is used by our department. Students who were unable to attend face to face classes, virtual classroom was a preferred option for them. Adobe connect was successful in catering this learning need.
- Easy to install
- Meeting can be recorded and archived.
- Documents and files are saved and can be managed easily.
- Desktop sharing.
- Audio and Video quality
- We used polycom and acoustics with Adobe connect. However both the instruments had problems and used to affect audio and video quality. As a user if we get a detailed information from you on which supporting equipments we should use and tips on the same.
- Well, I can not comment on this as I was an user and was not in the process of decision making. However I feel that it certainly helps to facilitate in achieving business objectives. It can surely provide faster solutions.
I used Go To Meeting, WebEx. I like Adobe Connect because of its user-friendliness and features like presenter mode, desktop sharing, recording and document management.
